The apartment was located in a vibrant area, close to numerous restaurants and attractions. The staff, especially Claudia and Nilson, provided excellent support and were always friendly. The room was clean, and I particularly enjoyed the buttery croissants during breakfast. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the facilities were more than adequate for a pleasant stay.

The room was comfy and beautiful, it had shower facilities, guest toiletries, and bath sheets. The location was cosy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a moorish castle.

the elevator was slow and a bit of a hassle! but the location is unbeatable, right near restaurants and shops. room was spacious with a lovely view. staff were super friendly and helpful!

The two-bedroom apartment with city view was wonderfully spacious and offered lots of natural light. The staff were really good in their friendliness and attentiveness. I enjoyed the lively atmosphere, with countless dining options just steps away. The fine city view from our room provided a beautiful backdrop to our stay.

The location can be a bit noisy due to the bustling streets below.

We loved staying in a beautifully decorated apartment with a magnificent view of the Carmo convent from our rooftop terrace. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and tram stations.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful decor and spacious layout of the Two-Bedroom Apartment. The attentive staff were especially helpful.

Stayed in a nice roomy two-bedroom apartment with a city view. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action, close to amazing restaurants and shopping. The staff, especially rahima, were super nice and made the check-in process easy. Walking around the area was a highlight, just bring comfy shoes!

I loved how the staff were friendly and the apartment was very clean. It was just a short walk from the beautiful Miradouro Sao Pedro de Alcantara. I also appreciated the delicious local cafes nearby where I could enjoy breakfast before heading out to explore the city each day.

I spent 5 nights here with my kids, and we had a great time overall. The location is cosy and within walking distance of everything we needed. 😊.
